1. Agreement Acceptance
By enrolling in one-on-one pottery classes with ByHand Ceramics, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1. To register for a one-on-one pottery class, you must complete the registration process and pay the required fee.
2.2. Fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the class fee.
3.2. ByHand Ceramics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the class at your convenience.
4. Liability
4.1. ByHand Ceramics is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property during the class.
4.2. You agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the instructor to ensure your safety during the class.
5. Conduct and Respect
5.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the class.
5.2. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the class without a refund.
6. Materials and Equipment
6.1. ByHand Ceramics will provide necessary pottery materials and equipment for the class.
6.2. You are responsible for treating all materials and equipment with care and returning them in the condition they were provided.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Any techniques, methods, or designs shared during the class remain the intellectual property of ByHand Ceramics.
7.2. You may use the knowledge gained for personal use but are not authorized to replicate or teach these techniques to others for commercial purposes.
8. Photography and Promotion
8.1. ByHand Ceramics may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By participating in the class, you consent to the use of your likeness for such purposes.
9. Privacy
